Welcome to our Girls Sports Academy, a community where you can learn physical and mental skills that will provide you with not only success in your sports life, but for all aspects of your life.  We focus on developing the "whole self" of a girl. We are an academy that is built specifically for the development of girls and young women. The girls are not an after thought tacked on to a system built for boys.....the girls are our single and primary focus.

There are a lot of sports academies out there and most of them are a factory, where lessons are churned out with only the bottom line in mind and not what is best for each child.  We are not your average sports academy.  We are fundamentally designed to think bigger and broader about the needs of each girl, and have the experience to understand those unique needs of girls. 

We can definitely take you to the next level if that is what you desire, but our priority is to care about the girls as overall people and not just athletes.  We have something for everyone at every level....whether you want to play a sport at a Division I level or just play for fun working to build your confidence and skill set for other parts of your life.  We have seen first hand how life skills and confidence building in sports can translate to a successful future for girls in whatever career or path they choose.  

We make those life skills and confidence building a priority and it is interwoven into everything we do with the girls.  We not only want to create the best athlete, but we want to help our girls become confident, empowered and successful in all parts of their life.  

We offer private and group lessons, clinics and mental toughness training.  At this time we are focusing in softball and basketball skill coaching, but our mental toughness training is open to any girl in any sport.
